The prognosis of pneumonia in patients with impaired immunity against the background of oncohematological pathology

In the study, based on the statistical analysis of a complex of clinico-laboratory, anamnestic and immunological indices of 495 patients, the predictors of pneumonia development were determined and a logistic model of the prognosis of pneumonia emerged in patients with impaired immunity against the background of oncohematological pathology, which included indicators that are characteristics of the oncological blood disease, as well as indices of immune reactivity.
