Abstract
- Supravital staining of human spermatozoa using trypan blue was compared with eosin Y staining. The dyes were applied for determination of the percentage of "dead" spermatozoa in semen samples and for determination of complement-dependent antisperm antibody activity in serum. Supravital staining percentages with trypan blue were significantly lower than with eosin Y.
