Paratypes:MNHN 219 HF Tk21, BMNH 1993.5.14.12, MRAC 37.339. TYPE LOCALITY. — Tiassalé, Bandama River, Côte d’Ivoire. TYPE HOST. — Tilapia guineensis (Bleeker, 1862). ADDITIONAL HOST. — Tilapia zillii (Gervais, 1848). SITE. — Gills. ADDITIONAL LOCALITIES. — Layo Research Station, Ebrié Lagoon, Côte d’Ivoire on type host; Kossou Lake, Côte d’Ivoire on type host and T. zillii.
