Abstract

PURPOSE To implant a small-aperture intraocular lens (IOL) (IC-8) in eyes with severe corneal irregularities to reduce higher-order aberrations and provide better central visual acuity. SETTING University Hospital, LMU Munich, Germany. DESIGN Prospective nonrandomized interventional case series.
