Abstract

Asymmetry Theory was derived through strict mathematics, based on the same “principle of the constancy of the velocity of light”, and to resolve the same equation of light velocity. The only key difference is Asymmetry Theory doesn’t rely on any other disputable assumptions. A complete set of results was mathematically derived, covering: the Light velocity; Sagnac effect; Stellar aberration; Time dilation; Doppler effect; Lorentz force law; Maxwell’s wave equations; Particle acceleration; Mass-Energy relationship. Asymmetry Theory is comprehensive, self-consistent, and in harmony with all existing experiments. Furthermore, Maxwell’s equations provide the theoretic base and proof for Asymmetry Theory. Two key results call for further investigation. The formula of light velocity showed that while the velocity of light is constant and independent of the motion of the emitting body, it depends on the motion of the observer. The Lorentz transformation is not required. This project focuses on the comparison with Special Relativity. Asymmetry Theory made two predictions and experiment designs which should conclusively confirm which theory is right.
