Abstract

An 86-year-old woman had been referred to our institution for alcohol septal ablation (ASA) because of drug-refractory hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. The resting pressure gradient of the left ventricular outflow tract was 135 mmHg on echocardiography.
