Foreign body in the ileum after eating shabu-shabu

An asymptomatic 73-year-old man underwent a follow-up colonoscopy after a right hemicolectomy for advanced cancer. A larva was incidentally observed, the head of which was inserted into the ileal mucosa near the anastomosis.
