Abstract: We performed genome-wide transcriptome meta-analysis of prostate cancer samples after radical prostatectomy of patients without lymph node metastasis. Significant associations were determined between expression of platelet-derived growth factor alpha and beta genes (PDGFRA and PDGFRB) and probability and time of onset of biochemical recurrence.
