Abstract

60. Chrysobothris rugosiceps Melsheimer, 1845 Parish records (n = 12): Bossier, Caddo, Concordia, East Feliciana, Grant, Lincoln, and Winn Parishes (LSAM, MEM). Potential larval hosts in Louisiana: Castanea dentata Borkh., Quercus alba, and Quercus macrocarpa. Adults reported also on Carya ovata, Quercus marilandica, Quercus palustris, Quercus stellata, and Quercus velutina. Collection date range: 16 April–7 August.
