Moving into second year: hitting the ground running

To begin with, we had some mandatory training to ensure that when we went back out onto placements, we were current and up to date with basic life support (BLS), manual handling and fire training. Then we started three modules, two of which had assignments to complete and a pharmacology and numeracy exam to study for. We also had some group project work, which resulted in our group presenting our work to tutors and colleagues.
