AGE AND LOCATION OF TYPE MATERIAL. — Telychian (Llandovery, Lower Silurian), Dalarna, Sweden. TAXON CODE. — 250. STATUS. — Valid. DIAGNOSIS. — “Large spherical to subspherical shell composed of loose labyrinthine mesh forming three or more spiral layers. Primary spines rod-shaped. Species vary in relative spine length, number of spines, and robustness of spines.” (Noble & Maletz 2000: 267).
