Abstract

A, We monitored the bioluminescence intensity of the peritoneal dissemination and compared the total fluorescence. Before treatment, mice with approximately the same luciferase intensity were selected and randomized. The time course of the bioluminescence images of tumor-bearing mice after treatment in vivo. B, The quantitative luciferase activity in mice after treatment. The total fluorescence of the integrated therapy group was remarkably suppressed as compared to that of controls. (n= 5 mice in each treatment group; *P< 0.05 vs control group using one-way repeated ANOVA).
