Abstract: The Adjuvant Chemo-hormone Therapy Breast Cancer Study Group (GROCTA) was formed exactly 15 years ago with its main purpose to promote co-operation among surgeons, clinical oncologists, clinical pathologists and basic researchers in the field of adjuvant therapy of breast cancer. This chapter will review the main findings from the trials that have been performed since then.
