Abstract
- Sudden cardiac death (SCD) is responsible for up to 10% to 35% of deaths after heart transplantation (HT) ([1][1],[2][2]). In the 2017 guidelines, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs) may be reasonable in patients with severe allograft vasculopathy with left ventricular dysfunction post-HT
