D1.1 Project Handbook

This text is a reference for the tools and procedures used in the DECICE project. It shall support involved employees in the understanding of the project management procedures to prevent confusion and conflicting decision-making. In preparation of this handbook, we collected best practices for efficient teamwork and project management and administrative procedures. We then identified tools to help us implement said best practices and formulated the concepts. We discussed the concepts internally and, in a next step, with all project partners. We used this feedback to iteratively improve existing concepts, add clarifications and include additional concepts if needed. This text is a compilation of the current procedures and standards.
