Correlations between DICER and differentially expressed miRNAs in the Boston dataset. DICER1 is a gene that encodes for an endoribonuclease essential for the formation of microRNA, and it is also located on 14q32. We analyzed the correlation between miRNA expression on the 14q32 locus and DICER1 expression and found that a small fraction (5%) of miRNAs was significantly correlated with DICER1. (PDF 174 kb)
