Abstract: Анотація<br />The problem of optimization is formulated for a hierarchic multilevel system which uses the foundations of Service-oriented architecture. The objective functions of each of such system levels are determined and it is shown that this system has an interlevel performance function. Properties of interlevel performance function are considered provided that the system has a monotonicity property.
