Correlation of mortalin amplification with other genes involved in human carcinogenesis. (A) Network showing correlation of mortalin amplification in Kidney Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma (RCCC, TCGA database) with other genes is shown. (B) Amplification of mortalin locus showed tight association and mutual exclusiveness with FGF1 and p53, respectively.
