Abstract
- Donor site management after split-thickness skin graft applications can have problems such as late healing and pain. Many dressing methods and medical applications are reported to solve these problems but none of them were ideal. In this study we aimed to promote epithelisation and remove pain earlier with using lyophilized bovine collagen (gelfix spray).
