Agomelatine versus placebo: a meta-analysis of published and unpublished trials

This is a protocol for a systematic review. The objectives are to determine the acute and long term efficacy of agomelatine in the treatment of unipolar major depression compared to placebo and to review the acceptability of agomelatine in comparison to placebo.
