Down-regulation of ANT2 and HSP90 mRNA levels by siRNA from Targeting Adenine Nucleotide Translocase-2 (ANT2) to Overcome Resistance to Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor in Non–Small Cell Lung Cancer

H1975 cells were transfected with ANT siRNA, HSP90 siRNA or scramble (sc) siRNA. At 24 hours of transfection, expression levels of ANT2 and HSP90 were measured using qRT-PCR and the suppressive efficiency of siRNA was presented by relative expression levels (2-ddCt) of ANT2 and HSP90 compared with those of cells transfected with sc siRNA.
