Abstract
- Congenital pre-pubic sinus is a rare congenital anomaly of the urinary tract with uncertain etiology. It is one of the variant of dorsal urethral duplication. The presentation is like a sinus tract over the penile skin or at the pre-pubic area. It extends towards the anterior wall of the urinary bladder or umbilicus. We report a case of congenital pre-pubic sinus in a 5 year old boy due to its rarity.
