Abstract

Supplementary Table S1: Summary of various isogenic immortalized, transformed, soft agar clones-derived, primary tumor-derived, and metastasis-derived cell lines. Supplementary Figure S1: Characterization of transformed breast epithelial cell lines generated from breast biopsies of healthy European, African, and Hispanic/Latina ancestry women. Supplementary Figure S2: Signaling pathway activation and DNA binding activity in luminal A, luminal-like, normal-like and basal-like transformed cell lines. Supplementary Figure S3: H-RasG12V alone generates tumors at a low frequency. Supplementary Figure S4: Characterization of cell lines derived from tumors of luminal A, luminal-like, normal-like and basal-like double transformed cells. Supplementary Figure S5: Characterization of cell lines derived from soft agar clones. Supplementary Figure S6: Characterization of cell lines derived from paired tumor and metastasis. Supplementary Figure S7: SV40-T/t antigens sensitize cells to doxorubicin.
