Noise Testing Methodology of the Hybrid Imaging Sensor for Short-Wavelength Infrared Domain

We proposed a simple noise model based on the photon transfer method for the testing of a hybrid optical sensor for imaging in short-wavelength infrared regime. The proposed testing procedure allowed us to separate the noise sources and then work on noise mitigation.
