Immunohistochemical analysis of primary tumor and lymph node with/without tumor metastasis for PTBP1. In lymph node metastasis, metastatic lesions were positive for PTBP1 to the contrary, no staining was observed in intact lymph node in independent two cases. Scale bar: 100 μm.
