Biografie, Lernen und Familienthemen in Generationsbeziehungen

In familialen Generationsbeziehungen werden Familienthemen über Erziehung, Sozialisation und biografische Lernprozesse transportiert. Als Handlungskonfigurationen fließen sie in biografische Konstruktionen ein und beeinflussen das Handeln, Denken und Wahrnehmen und damit die Gestaltung der Biografie. Von diesem empirischen Befund des qualitativen Forschungsprojektes über drei Generationen in Familien des 20. Jahrhunderts ausgehend wird Biografie als eine Konstruktion in Bezug auf Selbst- und Sinndeutungen verstanden und der Bedeutung von Familienthemen für biografisches Lernen nachgegangen. (DIPF/Orig.)
In the familial relations between generations family topics are transported via education, socialization, and biographical learning processes. As configurations of action they leave their mark on biographical constructions and influence acting, thinking, and perceiving, and, thus, the shaping of the biography. Based on these empirical findings of a qualitative research project covering three generations of families of the twentieth century, biography is conceived as a construction regarding interpretations of the self and of meaning, and the importance of family topics for biographical learning is examined.
