Abstract
- A 2-year-old boy was referred for cyanosis and clinical heart failure. Transthoracic echocardiography showed Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) with a large malalignment type ventricular septal defect (VSD) and features typical of absent pulmonary valve syndrome (APVS).
