Abstract
- [object Object]We demonstrate an integrated mid-infrared 3C-S?C metasurface with relatively sharp transmission peaks associated with phonon-mediated magnetic polariton resonance. We further show the possibility of developing reconfigurable metasurfaces using such architectures by integrating a thin layer of phase-change material, Ge2Sb2Te5, on top of the SiC layer.
