Abstract: Abstruct- We investigate in this work the perlbrmance of two conligurations of room temperature bolometers dedicated to THz applications. Fabrication processes, noise level, sensitivity and resolution characterizations ùre presented. Results emphasize the cllicicncy of the proposed approach.
