Preoperative MR Imaging to Differentiate Chordoid Meningiomas from Other Meningioma Histologic Subtypes

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE:Chordoid meningiomas are uncommon WHO grade II primary intracranial neoplasms that possess unique chordoid histology and follow an aggressive clinical course.
