The objective of this study was to assess the impact of racial differences on perioperative and oncological outcomes in a large cohort of bladder cancer patients who underwent radical cystectomy. Baseline characteristics, pericystectomy complications, and oncological outcomes, including recurrence-free and overall survival, were compared between the racial groups.
