Abstract

Hypomesus pretiosus (Girard, 1854). Surf Smelt. To 30.5 cm (12 in) TL (Hart 1973). North side of Alaska Peninsula at Izembek Bay, and Gulf of Alaska (Mecklenburg et al. 2002), to Long Beach, southern California (Miller and Lea 1972).
