O ensino de português para estrangeiros numa perspectiva dialógica e as construções de ethos neste contexto

This paper presents reflections on a dialogic (BAKHTIN, 2014) perspective of teaching Portuguese for Foreigners (NIEDERAUER, 2010; MENDES, 2011) aiming at linguistic-cultural mediation (SOUZA, 2017) and analyzes the construction of ethos (MAINGUENEAU, 2008; AMOSSY, 2005), more specifically on specular ethos (SOUTO MAIOR, 2009, 2011, 2014, 2018) as a mechanism for the development of knowledge in this context of language teaching/learning. For this, we understand that the perspective of culturally sensitive pedagogy, considering cultural meanings (SOUZA, 2017), emerges in the proposals developed in the classroom and establishes a reflection on images of oneself and the other. In this sense, we observe the students' ethos regarding the learning of the Portuguese language, highlighting the interactional process constituted with the foreign students and their own ethos in a specular perspective.
A perspectiva dialógica (BAKHTIN, 2014) de ensino (RODRIGUES, 2005; ROTAWA, 1999) pressupõe um agir com/para o outro, visando à mediação linguística-cultural (SOUZA, 2017) no processo de ensino/aprendizagem de línguas. No ensino de Português para Estrangeiros (NIEDERAUER, 2010; MENDES, 2011), analisamos a construção de ethos (MAINGUENEAU, 2008; AMOSSY, 2005; SOUTO MAIOR, 2009), mais especificamente do ethos especular (SOUTO MAIOR, 2009; 2011; 2014; 2018) como mecanismo de desenvolvimento do saber. Para isso, entendemos que a perspectiva da pedagogia culturalmente sensível, por considerar os significados culturais (SOUZA, 2017), emerge nas propostas desenvolvidas em sala de aula e institui uma reflexão sobre imagens de si e do outro. Nesse sentido, observamos o ethos dos/as alunos/as referente ao aprendizado da língua portuguesa, destacando sentidos sobre o processo interacional constituído com os/as alunos/as estrangeiros/as e de seu próprio ethos, numa perspectiva especular.
