(A) The expression levels of MnSOD evaluated by Western blotting were not changed by FoxM1-knockdown in A549 and H1355 cells. (B) The expression levels of MMP1 and MMP2 evaluated by Western blotting decreased in a dose-dependent manner; however, the change of MMP7 and MMP9 expression was not observed in MnSOD-knockdown A549 cells.
