Abstract: Based on the data obtained, it should be noted that the epidemiological situation in the water sources of Akmola region is poor for zoonotic helminthiasis, such as opisthorchiasis, diplostomosis. The worst situation with opisthorchs turned out to be the Sholak reservoir in the Korgalzhyn district, where it turned out that all the studied fish were infested.
