Abstract
- The mechanism of the anti-allergic activity of carboxamidemethylated Fc (CM-Fc) was examined in vitro. CM-Fc had no effect on the proliferation of lymphocytes induced by concanavalin A (Con A), lipopolysaccharide (LPS), T cell-dependent mitogen or T cell-independent mitogen.CM-Fc inhibited the activation of glycogen-stimulated guinea pig macrophages by FMLP and A23187, but not by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA).
