Abstract

Supplementary figure S1 shows CE depletion by avasimibe treatment in prostate cancer cells. Supplementary figure S2 shows prostate cancer migration suppressed by ACAT inhibition. Supplementary figure S3 shows suppression of prostate cancer metastasis by targeting cholesterol esterification. Supplementary figure S4 shows expression profiling of prostate cancer-related genes after ACAT inhibition. Supplementary figure S5 shows inactivation of Wnt/beta-catenin pathway by ACAT-1 knockdown. Supplementary figure S6 shows inactivation of Wnt/beta-catenin pathway by cholesteryl ester depletion in multiple prostate cancer cell lines. Supplementary figure S7 shows inactivation of Wnt by ACAT-1 knockdown.
