Abstract
- A 64-year-old woman with history of migraine with aura, presented 11 hours after developing sudden-onset right hand weakness (noted as difficulty holding objects). On examination, there was moderate weakness of flexor of the third, fourth and fifth fingers with normal reflexes, the rest of the examination was normal.
