Abstract: A case of progressive optic neuropathy in a woman with a history of breast cancer is presented. Differential diagnoses including optic neuritis, infiltrative optic neuropathy, carcinomatous meningitis, and toxic optic neuropathies are discussed. Risk factors for metastatic brain lesions are also discussed.
