Abstract
- A 43-year-old man presented with blunt trauma to the penis during sexual intercourse when he felt a snap, instant pain and rapid detumescence and swelling. On examination, there was a visible haematoma and swelling at the dorsum of his penis. There was no blood in the meatus and he was able to pass
