Moonlight, mushrooms and moulds

Abstract: Studies of biological responses to moonlight as distinct from lunar phases are warranted. Fungi are especially suitable organisms for this research. Moonlight is quantitatively and qualitatively similar to light which causes photoresponses of fungi.
