- IntroductionLittle is known about genotypic and phenotypic correlations in undifferentiated large-cell carcinoma (LCC) of the lung.MethodsThirty LCC were dissected by unsupervised targeted next generation sequencing analysis for 50 cancer-associated oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes.
