Abstract

Key Clinical Message We report a rare case of an immunocompetent patient with Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) disease in which bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy developed during antiā€MAC treatment. This case indicates that Propionibacterium acnes would be present and might be a cause of sarcoidosis even in patients with MAC.
