Soika; 1 male, Spain: Tabarca Island, 1908; 1 male, France: Palavas, 28.VI. 1919; 1 female, Turkey, 26.V. 1961, Coll. A.G. Soika; in MBFU. Remarks. WIPs of this subspeices includes 4 color bands (magenta, green, blue and magenta) at posterior part of the wing in both male and female, of which the second magenta band is narrow (Figs, 31 C, D).
