The forkhead box M1 (FoxM1) protein, a transcription factor, plays critical roles in regulating tumor growth and drug resistance, while cellular FLICE-inhibitory protein (c-FLIP), an anti-apoptotic regulator, is involved in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway.
