Abstract
- Summary There have been several studies of the possible association between oral lichen planus and chronic liver disease; however, aside from various Italian reports no consistent association has been observed. In the present study, frequencies of historical, physical and biochemical evidence of liver disease in 180 UK patients with oral lichen planus were compared with those of 25 disease control patients and 25 healthy controls.
