Simulations of C. elegant gonad morphogenesis. Optimization and geometrical model implemented in Surface Evolver. Post and meta-processing implemented in Matlab Code. To use: Run gonad_A,fe to construct asimulation script filebased on initial conditions defined in the file gonad_A. The script filesgonad_C.fe and gonad_D.fe will be generated automatically. Run run_scan.m to call the generated gonad_D.fe from within a Matlab loop to run simulations based ongonad_D .
