Biophysical and molecular modeling evidences for the binding of sulfa molecules with hemoglobin

The molecular mechanism of the heme protein, hemoglobin (Hb) interaction with sulfa molecule, sulfadiazine (SDZ) has been investigated through spectroscopic, neutron scattering and molecular modeling techniques.
