- Highlights • 3% of high-risk midlife women participated in lifestyle-related resources. • Lifestyle-related resource use was associated with more physical activity. • Lifestyle-related resource use was associated with lower weight in obese women. • Lifestyle-related resource use was associated with lower glucose in some women.<br />Health plan-based resources are promising avenues for decreasing cardiovascular disease risk.
