Abstract: Supplementary Video 6 shows a confocal time-lapse series, showing MDCK cells treated with 80 ug of K16ApoE, immediately after labeling with Calcein-AM (green), which indicates live cells, and Ethidium homodimer-1 (red), indicating dead cells.
